Hey friends I need some tips on how to make your lifestyle better in order to lower the hypertension that arise from the busy schedule. I also want to shift away from all bad habits that cause sleeplessness.

This is the most important thing that should be foremostly taken care of to stay healthy, if you can’t stay healthy in long term then it is not possible to enjoy the life to the fullest .you need to get rid of the habits that can cause high level of hypertension and hence leads to ambry ailments.

Vital element to stay healthy is the proper sleep, try to maintain the schedule that help you to sleep enough because poor sleeping habits really cause high level of hypertension and also puts a pressure on brain which In turn reduces the cognitive abilities of mind.

Yeah apart from above you also need to take care of your eating habits and your diet schedule .overeating and under eating both are dangerous for good health. Overeating leads you to being obese and invitation to many diseases like high level of cholesterol and diabetes whereas the overeating leads to malnutrition.

Taking alcohol and tobacco also increase the level of hypertension and leads to the stage of brain inactivity. You surely need to cut the level of both from daily routine in order to have good lifestyle. Even the high level of caffeine that is coffee is not good for health.
