I love Dixie.

Their Blackened Voodoo is soooo wonderful.

Any beer that is too "fruity" or has too much citrus.

Gotta agree on that Dixie-They say in New Orleans that the water was drunk 10 times before it got there, I guess the same could be said about that stuff, unfit to be called BEER!!!!

My first worst beer was called regal select, & even as a kid you could not drink enough to get more than a piss buzz (more time pissing then buzzing)....... Right down there @ the bottom of the barrel w/ lucky XX, Burgie, Faltstaff & ole......

My next worst was a Texas beer called Long Horn..... Kinda like Dixie but w/ a couple tabs of alka seltzer tossed in..

My most recent "worst" was Michelob ultra-should not even be allowed to be sold as beer-I would think in Germany & Czech republic you could get arrested for even calling that horse piss a beer.....

I only tried a few sips-I was out kayaking, 100 degrees & two cans of that on ice..... I went about 5 miles & paddle to the side under a nice big oak tree & popped one of those icy cans..........

To say my taste buds were in shock would be an under statement..... I thought it was just me, as I was severally parched @ this point & mouth severally dry, so I took another bigger sip.....

It totally lacked any flavor what so ever, other than carbonation, much like the crap @ the soda fountain........

As thirsty as I was I poured it out into the river, popped the other can & did the same...... That ended my day & I paddle back somewhat dehydrated & thirsty but I was not going to allow another drop of that piss to insult my pallet.....

Q. What do Coors Light and making love in a canoe have in common?
A. They're both fucking close to water.

Either Shaefer or National Bohemian (Natty Boes).

We could buy a case of each for under $5.00.

Then of course it was the beer rom the cans left over from the party the night before.

Agreed concerning Michelob Ultra. I haven't yet tried Miller 64, but where these ultra low carb beers such as the Michelob Ultra are concerned, one may as well be drinking tapwater.

Wow, the worst beer I'd ever had to endure was Pigs Eye Beer - it was about two bucks for a case back in the early 90's, it was so cheap that it was either sold in a plain cardboard box or another beer's used box.

I say wow because somehow, someway that fuck'n beer is still around after all these years.

Never mind - "previous owners" is the first sentence on the "About Us" page of the Pigs Eye Beer site followed by "went out of business" followed by "purchased the Pigs Eye brand."

Kitzingen is a cool town though - besides, I was a fan of Spital which is brewed a little further south in Regensberg.

The worst beer I ever tasted was a Mexican beer, unfortunately, I can not remember the name (I think I struck it from my memory), but what I do remember is that it had a whole habenero pepper in it. I guess I figured the beer would cut the heat. Boy was I wrong! After a couple of sips, my eyes were watering so bad, I almost missed the sink when I tried to poor the rest down...Man, that was crap in a bottle, but I guess if you like insanely hot stuff...

I had a wonderful winter brew that had some kind of spice or fruit..I didn't think I'd like it but it was wonderful.
I went back later to buy out what remained but it was all gone. And I love Hefeweizen ..very citrus..with lemony and lime flavors.

Some bocks are great...the coffee flavored ones are ok but I prefer the creamier bocks they seem harder to find.

I'm not into the ambers...bitter beers.

As for what I won't drink...any of the commercial piss water beers.
