Default Icon passes at 92.....Andy Rooney of 60 Minutes
Andy Rooney of TV Fame from 60 minutes passed away at age 92. His dry wit and humor was not everyone's cup of tea, and his penchant for the absurd and oftentimes opinionated views often got him in hot water, but he was able to work to within a month of his passing. Quite an Accomplishment!

RIP, Andy!

Oh wow... I had just read where he retired. He certainly was a fixture on 60 minutes.
He had a way of poking fun at the little absurdities in life that was amusing.

I liked him, he could play the part of "grouchy old man ( nitpicking) without the grouchy part.

“Did you ever hear one of those corny, positive messages on someone's answering machine? 'Hi, it's a great day and I'm out enjoying it right now. I hope you are too. The thought for the day is share the love. Beep.' 'Uh, yeah, this is the VD clinic… speaking of being positive, your test is back. Stop sharing the love.” ~ Andy Rooney
