I am here in Mexico. It is no big deal here.
Just the kids are out of school but no businesses are shut down. I don't think it is wise to celebrate a battle win when the same troops came back the next day and kicked ass. Nobody here seems to care anything about it. My kid didn't even do anything in school about it. They are all concerned with mothers day coming up. |

I was just out for Chinese, my girlfriend says today is some sort of anniversary, and there wasa game show on TV.
It was called Queen For A Day. They had celebrities playing games with regular people. One segment they had the celebs playing...Jenga. That was so exciting to watch. What made it even more exciting was that the Jenga was pink. Exciting TV. |

Is Chinese food popular there??? Is there many restaurants??
How did the kids show go?? SPeaking of restaurants............. I have a neighbor she is from SOuth Afrika'..... (15 years & still a strong accent-Dutch).......... We were talking one day about food & I know she likes Mexican food so I said it must be nice living here & having Mexican food, & she comes back "we have it back home"............. WTF???? They have several Mexican restaurants there she said- like five in Johnaneseburg........... Maybe Mexican will be the new Chinese, found in every country in the world...... |
