As a person from Irish heritage not only does that mean that God chose me to be wonderful and excellent but he also gave us Irish our own holiday.....cheers....!!!

I actually ate a southern specialty of alligator tail...if youve never eaten gator you would be surprised how good it really is...!!!

I have had it............ A bit chewy but good on the grill...

I just now realized that since I left the st pats celebration (rather suddenly lol) that I forgot to close my tab....Im craving crawfish so I may go by there later today and check on that..lol....geezz...the life of a southern hick is so difficult at times...

Ive been in NYC on St Pats but not New Orleans....and yes, it was crazy...!!! I prolly should not hang out in New Orleans on St Pats Day....my gut instinct tells me it would not end well, for me....lol....
