This is a screwy UK story..... It happened back in 2008.... I never heard about it until today.... there is even a Wikipedia page for it...... as far as I can tell this is actual police footage.

Here is the video..... there are 4 parts but this first one gives a lot of information.... the 2nd part made my jaw drop. The other 3 parts are on the youtube page.
