Default College Football - Week 4
My Bulldogs are heading to Oxford, MS this week... if we beat Ole Miss, it'll be our first victory in four tries against an SEC school. It'll also give us our first 3-0 start since 2004, and set us up for a potential 8-0 run heading into Nevada.

Top 25 games
Thursday
No. 19 Miami (FL) at Pittsburgh

Friday
No. 4 TCU at Southern Methodist
Austin Peay at No. 11 Wisconsin

Saturday
Ball State at No. 18 Iowa
Bowling Green at No. 21 Michigan
Northern Colorado at No. 25 Michigan State
No. 20 USC at Washington State
No. 1 Alabama at No. 10 Arkansas
Eastern Michigan at No. 2 Ohio State
UCLA at No. 7 Texas
No. 16 Stanford at Notre Dame
Temple at No. 23 Penn State
No. 8 Oklahoma at Cincinnati
South Dakota State at No. 6 Nebraska
Kentucky at No. 9 Florida
No. 12 South Carolina at No. 17 Auburn
No. 24 Oregon State at No. 3 Boise State
San Jose State at No. 13 Utah
No. 22 West Virginia at No. 15 LSU
California at No. 14 Arizona
No. 5 Oregon at Arizona State

I've bolded (and in some cases changed the font size) of the games that I see as being the biggest of the week. Potential upsets: ASU over Oregon after how well ASU played against a very physical Wisconsin team, Pittsburgh over Miami, and Cincy over OU.

Ole Miss has issues. You might be catching them at a good time.

I hope we have an answer for the "old ball coach".

If you do win, HTC will consider opening her wrists.

I'm actually worried about Ole Miss playing out of desperation this weekend... taking chances they wouldn't normally, and those chances working out for them. Fortunately we have one of the top defenses statistically in the country right now, and have already limited two mobile QBs, with eight sacks on one and two on another. Our offense seems to be clicking already though, and our defense has broken our opponent's will in the second half in both games, outscoring them 38-7.

If you do win, HTC will consider opening her wrists.

If we beat Ole Miss, they just got beaten by a superior team

This is probably the best Bulldogs team that I've seen since 2005, and quite possibly since David Carr's senior year in 2001. It also looks to be the best Bulldog defense in I don't know how long. We have the biggest and fastest D-Line in the WAC, and while our speed and size doesn't match up with the kind of recruits that the SEC gets, I think we'll still hold our own.

Prediction:
Fresno State - 38
Ole Miss - 17

I don't think y'all have much to worry about with Wake Forest... they don't have any defense whatsoever. Sure, they beat Presbyterian... but gave up 68 to Stanford last week and 48 to freaking Duke before that.

In other news, I truly enjoyed watching you guys stomp all over the zoobs last week.

He certainly has South Carolina looking good this year, doesn't he? They were actually my sleeper pick to win the SEC East this season.

Dear God, I was just looking at it... you guys have 5 top-25 ranked teams in the SEC right now. Geez. Though the MWC 2011 has two (Boise and TCU) with three more knocking on the door (Air Force, Nevada, and Fresno).

Edit: I was wrong, there are six in the SEC.

what does bother me is giving up nearly 600 total yards to Ole fucking Miss.

Our defense just absolutely sucked ass tonight.

Might be more that they had the wrong approach. Their let him throw in the first half and then adjusted to rush heavy the 2nd half.

Give him time to throw and he will pick you apart. When he played at MI he showed the arm he had and even as a freshman was impressive until he got rushed. This kid could be an impact pro QB

I wish him all the luck in the world as a pro, but today I wanted him seeing stars and we didn't get to him nearly enough. But a win is a win, and its a road win over a top 10 conference foe so it's golden
