What do you want FIFA to include in the rules?

After the World Cup, in particular Ghana v Uruguay, if the ball is definitely going in and a player deliberately hands the ball, then I think the rules should be changed to allow that goal, instead of giving the pressure to the penalty taker. Yeah, the player should still be sent off

Of course, if there isn't a clear chance of the ball going in, then it should be a penalty

I think it could be changed yeah.

I'm not 100% sure on this but I'm sure there was a rule being talked of about six months ago whereby if a player was sent off for denying a clear goalscoring opportunity in the penalty area they wouldn't be sent off because the penalty was seen as punishment enough. Like I said, not sure if anything came of it.
