Real fans stick with their team through the good and bad times.
I had no idea you were Detroit Lions fan.

What are the odds Tony Romo will get hurt again early in the season so I don't have to look at him.

Kit-Na Kit-Na Kit-Na!

Just for you Kirk, enjoy this trailer to Romo's wedding video.

You will be shocked how opulently produced it is and you will have him even more.

Jon Kitna is the most famous alumni of my university. Thus, even though he plays for one of my 3 least favorite teams, I must root for him. When Romo's at the helm though, forget it.

You'd think Tony could get a closer shave for his wedding day.

For lack of a better spot to post it....it is official. Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts have parted ways.

In all my years of watching sports I have never seen the exit of a non-retiring player handled with more class or dignity from both parties than what I saw today. It should be the blueprint for how these situations are conducted going forward. There are necessary endings that happen in careers throughout life and both sides did a great job of making the separation without damaging the relationship or alienating people in the process. Both Manning and Irsay were both genuinely emotional and grateful throughout which was a pleasure to observe and listen to.

In my opinion it is the way the Packers and Favre should have done it but it takes special and mature people on both sides to do what Manning and the Colts did today.
