Will someone let me know when this thread inevitably goes off-topic, since I'm not watching/interested in the game?

What makes you think it's inevitable?

I so badly want the Saints to win this game. Mainly because I can't handle another Peyton Manning commerical.

okay. Now we want the Saints to score a TD by the end of the quarter, and I'll win $100 in my office pool.

What makes you think he'll stop doing commercials if the Colts lose?

Is it just me, or have the ads been far less than memorable so far? The Simpsons ad for Coke and the bridge for Bud were okay, but nothing has been above a "B" so far.

Totally agree. Actually, I think "B" is generous.

Bringing in the chains to measure is, in my opinion, an absolute waste of time.

Unless the ball is placed precisely where it should be after each and every play, which is impossible, measuring is just a ridiculous practice.

Where were you yesterday when I was discussing getting 28 inches?

Brilliant, moose!

Yeah, Daltrey was really straining on the vocals, especially at the beginning.

I saw them at Exhibition Stadium on their "Farewell Tour" in 1982. Terrible show. Then, their last show on the tour (and supposedly their final ever) was at Maple Leaf Gardens in Nov. or Dec. of that year, and for some reason was also televised live. But that was over 27 years ago, and they're still going.

Saints 13-10 as they threw a screen pass to Thomas for the TD. Indeed, good move on the onside kick. Colts had the ball for only 6 plays since they scored their TD helped by a dropped pass by Garcon.
