I guess you watch nothing on NBC or its affiliates? They have been promoting this since Bejing ended.
I am really looking forward to them myself and have been cramming with Universal Sports the last few months.

NBC really sucks, so yes I think alot of people have missed the ads.
I have really only noticed a big ad campaign in NYC by Visa or somebody like that.

Can't say I watch anything on NBC but the sports and the Universal channel -which has so few advertisers it is mostly promos for itself and local NBC stuff (Trust the Bow-Tie!), so I see plenty of promos and ads for the Olympics. Compared to the Summer games, I would bet most Americans are not as interested, so that may be why we get less hype overall than the Summer Olympiads. I like to watch Alpine and other winter sports, so I see more promos than most.

They're a huge deal up here.

McD's is in full Olympic swing. We even have a chart saying what event will be next on TV.

Pretty sure Vancouver missed all of the snow. That's what happens when you're right on the ocean.

I bet they've got some dump trucks moving it in though.

Helicopters would probably work better on those ski slopes.

NBC, as has been mentioned.

Watch the Today show and it won't go 5 mintues without a plug. I kept thinking the thing was about to start weeks ago.

Mr. Kobe's cousin owns a condo on one of the mountains they are skiing on in Whistler. I heard they are damn near paying off the mortgage with just renting it out this month.

Tell me you watched none of the sunday Night NFL games or any of the 1st round of the playoffs, and did not see any Olympic promos?
Hard to believe, Harry.
