Not defending Irvin, just can't prove it like a photo can.

Proves he had his mouth on a bong. Nothing else. No proof of anything illegal.

Irvin was and is a recidivist liar, crackhead, whoremonger, and liar.

I'll give Phelps the benefit of the doubt he has earned.
