I have lost my cell phone yesterday it has many important contacts messages and some personal stuff. What I should do now? Is there any way to find it back?

you should first go to the police and report them for your lost phone. It will help you in blocking your lost sim card and reissue of the same number from your service provider. And because you have informed police about this, you can avoid any misuse from your number.

Does your cell phone have a GPS system? If yes then there is a chance of tracking your phone. Your phone can be located with the help of satellite system since your phone have a GPS recover, whenever its GPS will be turned on, your phone can be detected by it.

According to my knowledge if your phone doesn't have any phone tracker application or a GPS recover, the chances to detect your phone are quite low. If you are not a special case for a service provider then they wont do anything for tracking your phone by its IMEI number.
