Hey dude if you typically get home from work late, try eating a larger lunch during the day to keep hunger under control and have a light dinner when you come home. Hope it works for you.

Hi, some research has found that we consume more calories in low to dim light (for example, in front of the TV or in a mood-set restaurant), because we are much less self-conscious. So maybe it’s the reason of your over eating so when you eating your dinner turn up the lights.

Hey, I suggest you to choose foods that are easy to digest and after some time take a cup of herbal tea. And beware of mindless eating (such as in front of the TV).night snacking is usually not hunger related.
