What is a married blessing ?

I have not heard the term "married blessing" but I have heard of "marriage blessing." It refers to a church-based blessing of a civil marriage. For example, I know a couple who eloped and were married by the justice of the peace. (Their families were driving them crazy with wedding plans!) Anyway, about a month later, they had their marriage blessed by the priest in their parish (Episcopal) followed by a small reception. I attended and, after seeing the craziness the families visited on that little reception, I understood why they eloped!
