One does not have to be the ultimate judge to show that. Simple powers of observation will suffice.

I certainly am not admitting any such nonsense. See Isaiah 1:18a. God is extremely reasonable, and your concept of “progress” is sad. Instead of insulting God, why don’t you thank Him for all His gifts to you? Dog’s, when they go to eat, don’t know how to thank God. They are unable to because they are not made in God’s image. Dogs can lick their balls. I can't lick mine. Since I'm made in G_d's image, does that mean he can't lick his balls either? That's got to be disappointing for him. What good is omnipotence if you can't lick your own balls?
