Default Cats as Actors?
I saw this image on tumblr the other day. It seems like a neat concept, so I thought I would share it with you all. Personally, I find the idea of cats as actors as intriguing as much as I find it cute! What do you think? If the price was right, would you attend?

If the image will not load for you for any reason, it says: "There is a theater in Russia where all the actors are cats."

By the odd chance that I am ever roaming around Russia (or any part of the world, for that matter) and saw one of these theaters, I definitely think I would check it out. It might be one of the silliest and most boring spectacles I've ever seen, but it would make for a neat story to tell later.

The Cravendale Milk ads crack me up more than anything. The idea of cats with cats with thumbs is brilliant.

That pic actually looks like a cat from the Moscow Cat Theater. It's kind of like a circus with a bunch of trained cats doing tricks. They toured through my neck of the woods a few years ago. Like any circus, there are complaints about possible animal cruelty, so use your own judgement if they come through your area.

(I admit to going to see it out of complete curiosity. The cats didn't seem abused to me, but of course, there's no way to know how they're treated between shows).

There are quite a few films over the years with cats that play a large role in the film. Same goes with dogs. I think it's a good idea.

My old cat Ixie could easily have been an actor, she was hyper intelligent and actually had thumbs and knew how to use them
It was scary sometimes at how clever she was, she would try open the fridge, only reason she couldn't was because she was too far away, she had tryed to open my window multiple times, she could open the clips on rubs and lift the lids off.

She would also turn taps on and carry things aboutm nothing was safe with her about lol.

My cat now Drake could be an actor if it was about a dumb cat or something as he isn't the sharpest tool in the box.

Ha ! That's cute. I think as long as there is no harm to the animals it's a great idea. If my kitty was up for training and looked like she liked it, I would do so.
