Default ADBA Single registration.. how long does it take?
I'm sending it off 7/18/12, hoping it will be back in time for a show Aug 11. In your experience, is that plenty of time, or should I put a rush on it?

dont bother with the rush delivery. it WONT do you any good. it will be anywhere from 2 weeks, to 3-4 months. rushing it wont make them do a damned thing. i once made the mistake of doing a rush, and i didnt get it till two months later.

I wonder if it depends on the season? Like, is this a busy season for ADBA?

I was told it would take MONTHS to get mine back.. so long, that I would forget I'd even sent it in...

...and I got it in a few weeks.

So, I guess it really varies! LOL Maybe you can try emailing them and letting them know you have a show coming up, and seeing if you can be sure to have it back by then? There was an issue with the photos I sent with mine, and the woman who contacted me was very nice and helpful

It is all going to depend on how easy it is to verify the information on that single registration. It could be a few days to much longer..

Copy the cert, you can enter the dog with the copy in the show, you do not need the original. Then send the original in.

I'm going to miss seeing a lot of people at the show this year. Dang! I guess the upside is that I'll have a pup to show next year.

Good luck getting the registration in time.
