i only have them off leash at on off leash dog park, thats it i dont know where you are reading that you see i just let them off leash, and we only go to the park if no body is there
tahlz yea i didnt know about it at first, i cant drive either for the time being, but i was super happy that it is a small one that is hardly ever used, i lucked out on it thats for sure,
