Yes, it's generally the rule not the exception that white pit bulls have skin hypersensitivities. Lily, for example, has a hypersensitivity to staph and is on a special injectable 'vaccine' to help her body cope.
Welcome to the world of white pit bulls. I'd look into getting her on a fish-based, grain free food to avoid food allergies. You can wipe her down with a cool wet cloth after rolling around in grass (a common hypersensitivity). You can also use hypoallergenic detergent to wash bedding.
