Default My dogs hate rain and wind!
Right now we are having a small storm in southern california and its raining pretty good outside.
Violet and ruckus were whining at the back door to use the rest room. So i let em out ruckus runs pees and runs back violet walks out looks up and then gives me this look like payback sucks and just walks in and now they both refuse to go outside lol.. now its kinda windy and when the wind hits the roof right it kinda of like whistles and both these big ol babies end up in my lap

My dogs look at me like I'm mean when I make them go out to potty in the rain, too.

But seriously... would YOU like going out in the rain every time you had to pee?

I'm blessed. Rain doesn't bother my dogs. They will happily go play in it even. I thought for awhile that my dogs didn't like rain until both dogs were running around/playing in it. I'm fine with that because if I want to walk in the rain with them, I know I can.

Same and if they dont want to go they can hold it, eventually they give in.
The most prissy is Izzy sometimes I get so fed up I have to take her out on a leash, because apparently when your on a leash the rain doesnt touch you

Gunther is a prick when it's raining. He'll look at me like " if I have to go out, so do you " if I force him outside he'll just sit under the covered part of the porch. So I have to put him on a leash and stand in the rain with him.

I bet they were miserable when we had the major down pour with the rain blowing all directions. Peanut was lucky he didn't have to go out in it since when it happened I was out to breakfast with my parents. Peanut to hates rain but he loves swimming..wind he doesn't seem bothered by

I keep towels at the door. Dogs know to come inside and line up, because they're going to get rubbed down before they step onto the carpet!

Zealand, in a fit of zoomies the other night, forgot this important detail. Ran straight into, straight onto my bed... muddy paw prints EVERYWHERE. I was trying really hard not to laugh while I cleaned lol

Boo makes a beeline for the trampoline when it is raining. It is her private potty shelter.

Boomer hates the rain. He will only go out on a leash and then he heads straight for the cover of trees potties quickly then drags me back to the door. He also waits to be toweled off or his will rub himself all over you to get dry.

Ze normally waits, but he was in the middle of zoomies... Zoomies can't be stopped!
He loves getting rubbed down with the towel, then playing tug with it!

My boy Ruger will roll around on the carpet like something crazed if I don't towel him! You can just hear him screaming, "EWWW MOISTURE! GET IT OFF! GET! IT! OFFFFFFF!!!"
