Its the cutest thing ever When someone comes into the house at the end of the day, or whenever, my boy will run to his bed, pick up whatever toy he can find and comes over to the person waving it around like "Look at what I have!!!!!" he will arch his back and put his ears back and wiggle like crazy the whole time! and when he cant find a toy, he will bring his blanket over to you. One time he even dragged his whole bed over to someone. And this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. I love it but just wondering if any one else has seen it

Peanut does that excatly!!! everytime anyone he cares for is gone longer then 20 minutes this happens.

sometimes he grabs random objects just to bring us a suprise. i have always thought it was adorable. if he can't find anything he starts to scramble to grab something. if you don't acknowledge it he will lay down and ignore you. if you acknowledge it he is extra happy and gives kisses.

i actually love this about him. kind of thought Peanut was alone on this because i have never seen it before but glad to see other dogs have this "welcome home celebration"

Peyton always brings his toys to everyone, but he's kind of irritating to play with when he wants to tug. He likes to adjust his grip on the toy rapidly and sometimes that can lead to fingers (or laps, if he's bugging you on the couch. my guy friends do NOT appreciate this haha) accidently nipped, so I always tell everyone to ignore him and tell him "enough!". He gets sad, but he's too annoying to play with unless you know what to expect and only play tug with long toys that your fingers won't get in the way of haha.

heidi does that but with blankets. she goes in who evers room is open grabs a blanket and runs up to you then she sucks on it and tries to destroy it. its kinda wierd really.

Trigger will bring my husband (whatever toy that happens to be available) with tail wagging, when he hears the garage door opening and knows he is about to walk in.... after being at work all day.

I just realized that Leo doesnt do this with me, just with everyone else. Kind strange and makes me feel a little left out, now that I think of itAnd he never jumps on them, he just kinda circles around them and wiggles until the person gives him attention. Anyone know why he wouldnt do this to me? Im thinking maybe its because I already give him the attention, so he doesnt feel he needs to put on a cute show for me..

hmm i have no idea why he wouldn't do that for you. i spend all my time day and night with Peanut and i am away for 20 minutes its like i have been on a 2 week vacation to him.

Sedna gets out of bed, sniffs visitor with furiously wagging tail, and is asleep again 2 minutes later.

Maximus gets so excited when i come home, he runs around me in circles wining until i pet him, he jumps up and gives kisses.........Then he pees on me it never fails, he gets so excited and pees on whoever is coming home. Its only funny when its not me lol
