My friends neighborhood they used to leave dogs tethered with no fence but Now they made tethering illegal

many people out here tether without a fence, fencing a yard is expensive and with the economy how it is its even harder. I just don't get why parents don't watch there kids...I mean there are so many kidnappings around the world why would you ever not watch your kid!

I could never!! I would see my dog as a sitting duck for anyone/anything that wanted to do it harm... poisoning, stealing, stray dogs/wild animals/etc. Or maybe I'm just too paranoid? lol

OMG, and then they were going to kill the fucking do with a knife???? They had been warned about it's agression and instead of putting it down in the begining they aloud this to happen...
WHY THE FUCK was an aggressive dog on a tether and not in some kind of enclosed kennel at the least, an Why the FUCK was the baby playing in their lawn??

I seriously despise people sometimes. Sorry I know it's Christmas but this is just dumb.
I say these people should be allowed to own a bully breed... Or any dog for that matter. They seem to end up with aggression issues and are not contained.

I AGREE 100% I would NEVER leave Bebe out tethered with out a fence.. I don't even leave her outside with out watching, heck, and I'm just an animal parent, where were the parents of this kid.

oh okay so they SAW the kid that did NOT belong to them playing with their VISCOUS dog and didn't do anything? FUCK them and I hope the dog is pts and away from this situation asap.

I also hope that the people don't think "pitbulls" are all viscous because of some idiots.
