It just depends on the individual dog IMO. Post some pictures up, we would love to see him!

All dogs vary due to breed. "Pit bull" isn't a breed, it's a catch all term. Since you described your dog as a blue nose, I would suspect it's an American bully, which tend to go a little heavier. Since there isn't much in the way of standards with AmBullies, the best way to get a fair guestimate is to look at the dam and sire. As long as your pup is healthy and the vet says he isn't too fat and isn't too thin, you shouldn't get too hung up on the numbers.

Tyson was around 18-20lbs at that age, he was up to 59lbs, but is now under 50, he will be a year old in a few weeks.

Destiny, was skinny when we got her, she was 12lbs at 12 weeks I believe, she has had some eating problems but is about 41lbs and is almost two. She is not purebred APBT because I do not have papers, so in a sense she is a mutt, but she is more of the standard where Tyson is an Ambully.

Post some pics

Also do you have a pedigree or pictures of the parents?

It varies on several different things. The biggy is genetics. How big is your pups parents? Also nutrition and health affects growth. Make sure your puppy is healthy and you are feed a high quailtiy food that is not filled with junk. There really is no special formula out there to determine a dogs size. You just have to be patient and wait until he grows up.

My boy is not quite fifteen weeks. He's 12 weeks and weighs 21.5 pounds. He's an APBT but his lines can throw larger than average dogs.

Looks like an American Bully to me. My male was 33lbs at 15 weeks. Now at 9 months, he is 71lbs. So expect a pretty large dog, if your pup grows anything like my male.

He is a cutie, by the way.
