Default Ban Pit Bulls from Dog Parks?
I have a question about pits and dog parks.

I work for a private dog park that requires proof of rabies, bordatella, and DHPP. We also require visits before joining to guage behavior at the park, the dogs go through a dog temperament test with the office dogs, and owners with dogs that are uncontrollable by voice are not allowed to join. My boss is thinking of banning pit bulls at the park, for no real reason other than fear.

Now, while I agree that dog parks are NO place for such breeds, I don't know how to feel about the ban. It will keep the dogs out of trouble and the spot light, but at the same time, it's a ban that will reflect on them bad to begin with. I don't know if I should be fighting this ban or standing behind it. What are your thoughts?
