Default Post spay depression
Not for Sadie, she feels wonderful, but mama is at her wits end with a crazed energetic maniac who is supposed to be "kept quiet" for 10 days. RIGHT, you might as well suggest that she quit breathing for 10 days. She was spayed Thursday so she has 5 days of pent up energy. And the cone - she keeps running into the backs of my legs because she HAS to be velcroed to mom's side always. I look like a victim of abuse. I don't think she is going to be able to be quiet for 10 days, last night she just jumped up and started this crazed zooming through the house - run, stop, spin around, jump, run some more. I had to more or less tackle her and just about sit on her to settle her down - she was just about vibrating and I think her little eyes were spinning around and around. I guess I should be glad she's so damned healthy, but she is on her mama's last nerve quite a bit the last 5 days. Oh well, this too shall pass
