For real Beau

Yup, it took my short bus Beagle 8 YEARS to learn how to speak on command.

I FINALLY caught the pitch of bark I wanted and I rewarded him, maybe twice and he now can speak on command.

Of all the tricks he knows, this one was the hardest to teach.

I had a hard time rewarding at the right time, so tonight was completely random but I'm proud of him....even if he is a bit special....

I swear Athena thinks 'speaking' is the answer to anything. I love the bays that normally come from Beagles, although I must admit i don't think I could live with it

My post wasn't disrespectful. I was just joking. I don't know how to get them to speak on command so I made a joke that wasn't disrespectful.

Yeah well it came off as disrespectful, and I don't make jokes like that about other people's dogs and I expect the same about my dog. That is one of the FEW things that will send me into a fit of rage is when people accuse me of doing ANYTHING to harm my dog, even as a joke. I put too much blood, sweat, money and tears into my dog for you to joke about me punching him in the throat. So again don't make a joke like that at the cost of my dog got it?

PUnching him in the throat? I said pinch him and I really didn't mean that you hurt him doing that. I get people all thevtime joking around saying they are going to hurt my dog so it pisses me off too. I didn't realize asking jokingly if you pinched your dog was inferring you were hurting your dog
