I was wonder how everyone felt about this website. I can't decide if their goal is just to put dogs in homes or start on a "neuter/spay" all animals ever type thing...

So, that's what it's for. Of course they're pro spay/neuter, because they're working with an animal shelter. I'm VERY pro spay/neuter because I see first hand what the pet overpopulation problem is like. However, I can also understand that there are people out there that can keep intact dogs responsibly, just not the majority of them.
