hello everyone,
My name is luis and i am new to this great forum. I have an APBT that is 5 months old that i had gotten in the parking lot of a pound right before it was to be left there. I named her coco and she is such a great dog that gets along great with other dogs. I am somewhat not sure she is an APBT but maybe an amstaff? what do you guys think and yes im also just looking to show off my girl ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

She is SO cute!
But yeah, at 45lbs. & 5 months old, definitely not an APBT LOL. My male is a mix (Am. Bulldog x APBT) and he's a year & a half and weighs 53lbs. But you'll never know what she really is unless you have papers on her. Definitely check out the health section if she's having some skin issues, food is generally the #1 cause for those. |

She's a pretty girl. I go with the rest and say she is some type of bully breed mix. Maybe APBT mix, maybe Am Staff mix, maybe Am Bully mix. Who knows? All that matters is she is your dog and you love her. My husband laughs at me when I go into guessing mixes and talking breeds. He says "It doesn't matter. They're all domesticated wolves!"
![]() With the skin issues you want to go to a vet and have a scrape done to make sure it isn't some type of mange. If its not then start looking to her food because allergies are common. |

Thanks all for the replies and compliments I will be looking into the other breeds as well to get all the info I need. Who knew there were so many different bull breeds that are very similar. What I do know for sure is my family loves her and is well taken care of
