hello everyone,

My name is luis and i am new to this great forum. I have an APBT that is 5 months old that i had gotten in the parking lot of a pound right before it was to be left there. I named her coco and she is such a great dog that gets along great with other dogs. I am somewhat not sure she is an APBT but maybe an amstaff? what do you guys think and yes im also just looking to show off my girl

How much does she weigh? I would say maybe American Bully mix. She's adorable. She looks
like Sundance a puppy we adopted out not too long ago.

not all ambullies are short there are different types (like classic) you can look at the am bully sections for more information!

I can tell you that she is NOT an APBT. Possibly like what everyone else said, American Bully or American Bully mix.

She is SO cute!

But yeah, at 45lbs. & 5 months old, definitely not an APBT LOL. My male is a mix (Am. Bulldog x APBT) and he's a year & a half and weighs 53lbs. But you'll never know what she really is unless you have papers on her.

Definitely check out the health section if she's having some skin issues, food is generally the #1 cause for those.

She's a pretty girl. I go with the rest and say she is some type of bully breed mix. Maybe APBT mix, maybe Am Staff mix, maybe Am Bully mix. Who knows? All that matters is she is your dog and you love her. My husband laughs at me when I go into guessing mixes and talking breeds. He says "It doesn't matter. They're all domesticated wolves!"

With the skin issues you want to go to a vet and have a scrape done to make sure it isn't some type of mange. If its not then start looking to her food because allergies are common.

Can't say she's a apbt cuz we don't got papers can't says she's an am bully cuz we don't have papers. She is pretty though. But to me she looks like there's some bully with ridgeback...ish or something with a slender face mixed with mastiff.....ish

Thanks all for the replies and compliments I will be looking into the other breeds as well to get all the info I need. Who knew there were so many different bull breeds that are very similar. What I do know for sure is my family loves her and is well taken care of . As far as allergies she is getting better since I have been feeding her natural balance L.I.d. Once again thanks to all!! I'm glad I found this forum full of helpful insightful people

That's what I feed Piper, who is my allergy/sensitive stomach Queen. She does pretty good on it.
