Default What is a gator pit ?
I had a guy who claimed he had a gator pit bull. I never heard of these. However he did try to claim dogs as pit bulls that weighed over 80-100 pounds with big heads and big wide bodies. He said he registers with akc so who knows. I wasn't arguing

"look real"? What does a real APBT look like? They are as real as Blue APBT's are "rare" and blue/red nose dog's are a breed.

Its a byb term. People around here breed them and sell them for a lot and all the time. I guarentee you its nothing more than a BYB bred dog. We have more people advertising and selling Gatorpits than any other type of dog it seems.

He says he registers them with the AKC? Not possible unless he is registering them as Amstaffs.
