What are the chances of this little girl recovering from the abuse she's suffered?

Well whomever gets this dog is going to have to have some bully breed experience. Some dogs bounce back from their former abusive life. Some don't. There's a 50/50 chance with this pup. All you can do is work with her and possibly work with an experienced trainer or behaviorist, and hope for the best.
