That is why you look at more than one image.

If you look up baby, you'll see this.

Followed by an entire page of actual babies.

The problem is that all three breeds can be registered as a APBT and it happens all the time. if you post your dogs pedigree someone will be able to give you a better idea of what you have.
The Amstaff is typically going to be larger than the APBT and less game but proportioned correctly The Amstaff is the same blood as the APBT just bred for conformation shows but you do have to take into account with all the breeds the BYBers just breed dogs and are not trying to stick to the purpose the dog was created for.
The classic Bully someone else will have to help you because what is refered to as a classic Bully looks like a Amstaff to me
The other classes of Ambullys are normally extremely heavy for the size of the dog and low to the ground

No disrespect to this forum (y'all know this) but this is not the best place to learn the differences between the three breeds because so many people here has rescues and such, So they are unable to show pics (unless it's a pic off a google site which doesn't really count either) of what an APBT looks like. There is another site (brother site to this one I think, or at least it used to be) but I'm not sure what the reception would be to a few of y'all. (okay I'm lying I DO know what the reception would be and I'll tell you what, it would be funnier than hell.) But there are places you can find just keep searching and re-searching and you'll eventually stumble onto the True APBT.

Yeah, definitely not going there.

Am I right? Lol.

LOL, you already know. But if you have a thick skin and you are interested in bulldogs then it's a good place to expand your knowledge base. Plus some of us from there are here so your reception would be as bad as it could be Princess.

Wasn't talking about you triple four... what do you think sduran's reception would be?

I realize that comment wasn't directed at me...but the initial insinuation was much broader.

I get where you're coming from...just saying don't paint us all into one corner!

I posted the APBT/AmStaff comparison above...this one: Visual comparison of top winning UKC, AKC and ADBA dogs - Today's APBT

Have to step away from the pc for a bit, will try to get a better comparison up later...

No I do not have a ped for Abby was not willing to pay for her ped had no intention of breeding her. she was a rehome and she is a pet but she is a amstaff any way.
I have been around the Apbt for over 40 years so I have a little experience and I do know what you are talking about.

No need to come over here with a keyboard warrior mentality. Real easy to sit at your house and allow the shit to spew from your mouth to make yourself feel better.

Megan&Riley posted good pics of the AmStaff and AmBully... for a great picture of an APBT, look at Shon's pictures of Lil' Bit, you can't get a more perfect APBT than Lil' Bit.

Roddy... your pup is ADORABLE!!!

and as far as a softer way to put your post. It was a negative comment that did not need to be made plenty of people on this forum know the difference between the breeds.

even if people had Peds doesn't mean everyone has a Peds online to flaunt around and toss out to the general public like a burgerking drive-threw menu....I'm not about to publicly throw my personal info out online so why do it to my dog?

Anyways...Thank's Mollie's Nana. ^.^
