Default What would your advice be?
The case against the Valhalla clan is supposed to start on the 13 August.
New evidence has arisen recently.
My advocate has given me the choice of either proceeding and we have a 65% of winning the case or we get this specialist in to do his part of the investigation and we have a 90% chance of winning.
My lawyer has also informed me that it is obvious that they haven't prepared properly for the case as they still haven't produced the documents that my lawyer has requested.
What should I do, proceed or wait for this expert to investigate this part of the case?
Unfortunately I can't give more information as I don't know who is looking at the posts in this forum and it may damage this case

If it were me, I would go with the 90% chance instead of the 60% chance.

A 90 percent chance is much better than a 60 percent chance

I would wait for the investigation to be completed so that you have as much independant evidence against the ssecurity company that shot and killed your dogs as possible.

Thanks for confirming my decision. Just is is starting to get quite tiring. I waited very long for this court date, This incident happened 31st December 2008 and the first Supreme court date that I could get was 13th August 2010. I don't know how long I will have to Wait for the next court date.
