Default Things that just make you wonder...
If people make things up as they go along...

I explained the differences - to a group of non-dog people, an aquaria forum - of a few breeds commonly called Pit Bull (APBT, SBT, AST and Ambully...)... And I got this back by one person, my goodness, after reading it through 7-8 times, then rereading as I replied, I am surE I almost understand... I think cure means cur..

NO NO NO ALL wrong ,,,, The American Bully Is a PIT-BULL AKA " American Staffordshire terrier" mixed with american bulldog, or English bulldog for size head and mass.. The Staffordshire terrier is the dog brought to america and bred for size and cure.. so the have the american pit bull >> the pit is where they fought there are lots of pit dogs. 3 breeds in these pics is all ..1. American bully 2. Pit bull{american Staffordshire terrier} 3. Staffordshire terrier. Staff terriers , are smaller and faster most fighters are staffs.. The American pit-bull is a working dog.

I have been into dogs longer than fish.. I am 32 now at 19 ish used to professionally fight dogs( never again its sad) . the real way to the line. as soon a a cure they put them back face to face if cure turns head again its called..loser . The winner all and all and only dog to stay forever is the Akita. will never back down not even from bears. FACT: when they try to release black bears into the wild they use dogs to chase them away. Only the Akita will fight with the bears if the bear turns around , every other dog runs back and forth barking..ALPHA of all alpha is the Akita . Some people say " I dont have a dog, I have an Akita".

I don't know anything about Akitas.
However there are quite a few breeds of hounds that will go after a bear and not just "run off". I know of a guy who lost a few blueticks that were giving a bear all they had.

Well I know my dog cures a lot of my ills, so I suppose she's a "cure".

Akita is Japan's emperial fighting dogs. They are also DA in nature but if they are the ultimate fighter, then why Japan brought an APBT to the match not an AKita in an international convention? Hehe

omg that was the most BS I have ever read in my life. i could barely figure out that fool's english. However, Akitas are pretty hard core, if my dog got into it with an akita I would be like FUUUUCK! any other time I would not be concerned.

I think that guy needs to stick to fish. And maybe relearn 3rd grade grammar.

In my reply to him, I sent him to a debate on Akita's being matched against bulldogs.

It hurt my head to try and give a literate reply to all that mess...

I know of a breeder who raises Black and Tans for big game - bear and boar mostly.

If you try to fix all the stupid on the interwebz your head will explode before you change anyone's mind... you gotta pick your moments.

BTW, wasn't there a lady in B.C. on this board who's pit-bull tangled with a bear a month or so ago... the dog didn't look too bad all things considered.

DLS' Pearl did indeed run afoul of a bear. But that's a pit bull who runs with Dobermans, so I'd guess she's a tough little gal.

I agree with others that s/he needs to relearn the basics of conversational English lol
Is he confusing the Akita with the Karelian Bear Dog maybe?
