As I said before I am getting my new foster Friday and would like to rename her as her name is ...HEFFIE?!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, thoughts?
![]() ![]() Shes about 8 months old and 35 pounds so she is a tiny thing! This is her behavioral eval so you can get an idea about her personality: Friendly, excited in pen. Wiggly, chews leash, tried to get out of hug. Fine with extensive handling. Really enjoyed stuffed toy and was great with releasing it. Sat for rawhide, took it but lost interest quickly. No problem taking hard marrow bone that she enjoyed. Ate normally with hand in wet food, sped up with hand in dry and made one grunting sound as she was trying to eat - we thought it was due to her trying to eat too fast. Great appropriate behavior when playing with Flake. |

The grunting noise might have been a partial choke. I have a dog which will do this if she thinks I'm gonna take her food. Kibble is about the second or third most common item to cause dogs to choke to death.
I think a cool name is Peaches. Or crystal. Actually scratch that, I might use those names! |

![]() ![]() It took us 5 days to correctly name my husbands lap dog. He was forcing the issue and was coming up with all kinds of common and "crap ![]() ![]() We have tons of dogs that came with names: Minnie,Molly, Jessie, Harley, Jay, Louise, Paco, Radar, Corky and Xena. With rescue it gets to hard to re-name em The dogs we named: Sissy(short for Sister sledgehammer. My AM bulldog) Shai Shai, Piggles,Stella, Pee Wee and Ace. Sometimes a silly name just sticks to a dog, like the name Pee Wee. It fits him perfect! ![]() Anyway she's a real cutie! And I really like her size!! |

35 pounds is small in the dog world...for her age yea its average weenie! Anyway I think the name peaches is def at the top of my list thus far!!!! I love it! ![]() if she's a bully than yea its fairly small but she looks more well bred than your typical bully. yea i like peaches too, what about bella? ---------- Post added at 08:30 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:28 PM ---------- Yea the problem is just when you tell people and then have to explain to your elders what the name Sativa means |
