I Think alot of the info is still gonna make people who dont know or understand the breed fear them or dislike them...
I mean it had alot of good info but it also made pitbulls look somewhat uncontrollable.. any dog can be taught to be aggressive and they seemed to think that aggression and gameness were one in the same... I have a 3 and a half year old female pitbull that i believe is from one of the OFRN bloodlines(im not sure cause her owner hauled her off for killing goats and i went and found her) that isnt the least bit aggresive but once she gets bit or what she feals is backed into a corner she turns on and there aint no shuttin her down. all and all i think the show had good intentions but modern dog fighters dont do things the same way dogmen of the past did. so harsher rules must be implied but not against the dogs against the humans..(and also they didnt understand conditioning a dog they said Mr. Whites yard were emaciated and from what i saw on the show they were more or less in good health or maybe somewhat conditioned..) Im by no means an expert but heres my 2 cents |
