HELP! i got Cleo's ped today

but, i dont know how to read it!! they sent me a long ass ped with like a hundered generations on it and they sent me a little ped certificate the size of a reguar piece of paper!! and i just cant figure out how to read it! it has so many dogs on it from generations and generations back. will someone please, please tell me how to read and understand it? im desperate
