Default The truth about PeTA
Hi! I'm thetruthaboutpeta, and I mostly stay around myspace. I was refered to this site from Michele... I'm not sure if thats her user name, but she mentioned she was a mod, and asked me to join.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, and I might be dropping in once and a while (but don't quote me, I tend to forget new things I've joined... so if you want to contact me, do it through e-mail or on my myspace.).

Oh, and heres a cool Pit Bull video:

I don't think I've ever sent out a Myspace friend request. (I'm not on there much.) But I had to add you. Had to. Welcome to the forum.

I have mixed feelings about peta, I support a lot of the things they do, but think they are also a little misguided.

Danniv, if you have an animal, had an animal, are thinking about getting an animal or just like animals then you shouldn't support anything they do. They will rip your animal from your hands in heartbeat and put it down, set it free or some other bullshit. If only they were just misguided they could be educated but they have a well orchestrated game plan with lots of indoctrinated followers. Don't buy their bullshit.

If they weren't US based they could easily qualify for a terrorist organization with the shit they pull alone with animal liberation front, etc.

In all serious, I would trust my dog with Michael Vick more than I would trust it with Peta. At least with Michael Vick, there is some chance my dog might come back alive.
