so its raining and i usually walk her for an hour or so. but today its raining. anyone have any suggestion for indoor activities for me and her? she use to chase the laser around but now i guess she grew out of it?

Do some training.Obedience,a new trick,something to stimulate the mind.Working the mind is often as effective as working the body!
