Recently I have had 2 run ins with the city pound, both for the same reasons Chipotle "attacked"??? Now what the city say and what I believe are a attack are 2 different things then what actually happens. My dog chipotle is not vicious at all, he jus has a issue with running to people because he is excited. He is a very hyper dog and since his breed is the "most dangerous" according to the city, they automatically say he viciously attacked. I mean i'm not saying that is okay for him to do that because he should be on a lead or well tamed to the point where he will stop jumping our fence , I'm saying that being attacked and jus being ran up to is 2 different things. Mind you that both times there was attack aligations there was not anything saying he had bitten or threatend bite the victim. So now since this last saturday my puppy has been held at the animal shelter and will not be released to me until the supervisor looks over his case.
