Default Is this cage big enough
Diesel has a medium cage and right now I'm using the divider. He has a enough room to turn around and stand but if he lies down he has to curl up or put his body in a kind of "u" shape. Should I give him more room?

It should be slightly longer than the length of the body so he has a little room to stretch out. He should be able to lay down comfortably, stand, & turn around.
Just remember too much room and if this is a pup that is not crate trained yet, you'll have a mess. As he is fully crate trained he certainly can be given more room.

What size crate do you have. Can you take a pict of the pup in it?

LMAO I have a HUGE crate xD
but, both my dogs sleep in it (JRT and APBT mix or Beagle and APBT mix)
mind you, the crate is in my room and my boyfriend wakes up with the sound of the crickets, so if something were to happen, he would be awake a second later ^^

He is 17weeks old and he hasn't had an accident in the cage/crate in over two weeks but thats not to say he is fully crate trained.

Here's a crappy cell phone pic of him in there

yeah I would say it's time to take the divider out. I don't think an crate accident will be too likely in a crate that size.

I can move it back further but for now I have taken the divider out but he still likes to curl up most of the time.
