I haven't. Or maybe I have. I do alot of research. I'd be worried about bringing home a kiddo from that kind of title. Just what kind of attention are they trying to bring (to the breed)?

I have seen a ton of dead game t-shirts paying homage to fighting dogs, but I believe that is just something picked up at dog shows.

I think I visited the website a while back out of curiosity (how far back a while back was I don't remember), but can't remember what was on it. I research so much stuff I can't keep track half the time.

The funny part:

"Dead game is a term used in dog fighting," McDonnell said. "Dead game is a dog that has a reputation for killing it's opponents."

McDonnell is a Senior Deputy District Attorney. I believe "Dead Game" means the dog never quit but died instead...so he/she was called Dead Game. They had to drop the charges of dogfighting. It is no wonder if they can't get the terminology correct.

Game dogs can be the most stable and I know people who breed very close to game dogs to keep the essence of the breed.

I am not 100% certain, but I think that there is a deadgame kennel for Patterdales and yes.. I have visited that one a few times.

If I am correct, it was a fake site set up by some pro BSL people looking for amunition. Tha ammo being people who called and wanted to discuss matching dogs, buying game breed dogs, etc. etc....
