I've had a rottie/boxer blend a purebred rottie and today 3/4 rottie and a quarter national bulldog. They've all been good pets. My rottie blend, Boozer, may be the greatest partner, people are loved by him, all of them appeared to love people. He's Much more relaxed than my APBT. Rotties could possibly get large ( Boozer is 130 pounds) and are vulnerable to hip displaysia and Parvo. They certainly were all (and is still) large chewers. I'd get still another rottie or rottie blend in a pulse.
