I thought Ginkgo was feeling poorly as he has been sitting in loaf position in the study staring at the floor by the desk cupboard but when Luna joined him, I thought I'd investigate!

A little field mouse was sitting under the cupboard which is attached to the desk so too heavy to lift

It must have made a dash as I heard some commotion and I managed to catch it in the hallway where Ginkgo had cornered the poor little thing. First attempt resulted in it running up my arm but I did catch it again and set it free in the bushes at the end of the garden (shutting the cats in the hall)
