Spotted a dog w/ no human today at Kitchen's Lane. He was mostly black; big head, droopey ears. Looks / barks like a hound. He was wearing a black harness. Tried to catch him but my dog was acting crazy. He ran up Kitchen's Lane (toward Wissahickon Ave) and detoured into one of the large homes' yard there (think it was 1021 or 1025 Kitchen's). Sorry I couldn't catch him.
