Default dog tied to my steps...
So I came home 2 weeks ago to find a dog tied to my railing, figured it was the neighbor with a friend visiting, since they live in an apartment. Well 2 hours later the neighbor comes over and asks if its mine, so we determine it is neither of ours. Poor dog was there for at least 4 hours, gave it water, food and untied it. Reallllly friendly dog but kinda skiddish around men, which leaves us to believe it was abused. After calling the SPCA 3 times, I decided Id keep her... so when I go in and put a cage together for her, i walk out at the spca is pulling away with her. Now I feel bad cause I know they wont keep her long.. but the overall story is.... WHO leaves a dogs tied to a railing in 95 degree heat... just wanted to tell my story

Listen, a city's biggest sports team would sign on the likes of Michael Vick should tell you something, even if you're a sports nut.

Do you think Philadelphia cares one whit?

Substitute "dog" with 13-year-old immigrant from El Salvador and I don't think anything would have changed.

It's all about the benjamins.

After 4 hours I would say it is safe to assume the dog was abandoned on your door step.

Are you going to go and claim her from the spca?
