Just for interest sake, here's an alternative narrative on this whole Charlotte Dawson vs Trolls affair:

The tone of conversation on Dawson's twitter feed has long been mutually abusive and is set by Dawson herself. The comments which have prompted the current news cycle are ugly, but par for the course on her Twitter account.

Dawson is documented as having abused others on-line herself, referring to a young lady as a "westie scragg" and telling a man to " go kill yourself" for example

Dawson has a new book coming out in the very near future, and is not averse to publicity in any form which might sell a few more copies.

The concerted troll attacks on her last night were in protest against her hypocrisy and lime lighting.

Most interesting. Thank you for documenting this. If the above is correct it will interesting to see if the e-hospitalised one makes a swift recovery.
