Mars One will establish the first human settlement on Mars in 2023. A habitable settlement will be waiting for the settlers when they land. A one-way trip?
There'd be some takers for sure no doubt but it seems a tad too ambitious and optimistic. It also makes very sweeping statements without a lot of detail unfortunately.

It'd be an utterly amazing experience to see Mars but being stuck there .... ?
