Default Can Marriage Cure Depression?
Doctors say this could well be the case, marriage could help with certain brain functions that could be pre-cursors to depression.

I bet it could if it was a marriage made out of love and not lust.

I don't think it can cause it. I believe that it can be cured just like Boomer said out of love and not lust. So I am saying that it can.

That first sentence says it all :
marriage could help with certain brain functions that could be pre-cursors to depression - but then so does working on working on mind/puzzle games

Now if you are in some jacked up unhealthy dysfunctional relationship . . . I'm going to have to stamp the BIG NO on that one.

But the assumption is that it is a productive and healthy relationship Grace dear.

Depends on who you're married too and why. Got to say that happy marriage does give you a big sense of contentedness though.

They must have based this study 40 years ago .. because today's standards .. don't fall into this category very often
