Default IdeaPad
So I've got an older Thinkpad that I've been using for school and it's a nice little computer (especially since I only paid $200.00 for it.) But it is older hardware and with me having iTunes, Firefox, Visual Stuidos, and MS Word open at any given time it can really crawl. I've been considering upgrading it, nothing fancy, just a bit more modern version of what I've got. I've been eyeing the Lenovo IdeaPads (due to a lower cost) but I've been wondering if anyone knows if they have that indestructable feel you get with a Thinkpad. So, anyone use/have used one of these computers? What'd you think?

I've been looking on NewEgg and Tiger when I can, some of the models I'm looking at are discontinued though.

You ever thought about adding more ram to your laptop instead?

I thought about it, but it's a low power single core processor and the video card is very dated.
